spring mvc 中文乱码 @ResponseBody supportedMediaTypes

spring版本：org.springframework.core-3.1.0.M2.jar

@RequestMapping(value = "/showCatalogTree", method = RequestMethod.POST,produces="text/html;charset=UTF-8")@ResponseBody

配置文件没有加：
<mvc:annotation-driven/>
