出现：500 OOPS: vsftpd: cannot open config file:start
故障原因是没有激活vsftpd,并设置其运行级别。
解决方案：
用root帐号登陆后，在/etc 目录下
输入：chkconfig --level 35 vsftpd on
再输入 service vsftpd start
# chkconfig --level 35 vsftpd on
# service vsftpd start
输入ftp地址测试：ftp://192.168.14.104/
