win7 锁定后硬盘灯常亮

新装了win7系统，经常发现锁定计算机的时候，硬盘灯常亮。 因为硬盘刚刚坏了，所以最近对硬盘灯很敏感，研究一番：
 
打开procexp，锁定，等待，解锁，  发现CPU IO 主要都被WinSAT.exe吃掉了， 奇怪的是，此exe的PID 不存在，看来已经自动关闭了。  google result:
 
WinSAT.exe is the Windows System Assessment Tool, which is part of windows 7 and window s vista. If you want to disable it then perform the following actions:

• Go to Task Scheduler.  To open the Task Scheduler, click Start. Click on All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and finally Task Scheduler.
  
• Navigate to Microsoft\Windows\Maintenance.
  
• Disable the task named "WinSAT".
