Application	Description
PS/nVision	Allows you to import information directly from your query into predefined Excel layouts. Use PS/nVision for data analysis.
PS/Query	Online ad hoc reporting tool. Can be used with various report for-matters.
Crystal Reports	Versatile report formatter from Crystal Decisions Software. Using PeopleSoft’s Open Query, Crystal accesses all database platforms supported by PeopleSoft.
Excel	Query Link provides the ability to send queries from Query to a Mi-crosoft Excel spreadsheet. Your data is sent directly from your query into a predefined spreadsheet layout.
SQR	You can copy the Query-generated SQL statements into an SQR re-port using copy/paste commands. Use SQR for procedural logic and to update database tables.
OLAP	Online Analytical Processing is used to create reports and to ana-lyze data. OLAP can be used to create predefined report templates, for ad hoc analysis, and for what-if scenarios.

　　　　PeopleSoft中提供的报表工具如上表所示。其中我使用的最多的是SQR和Qurey，目前正在看PS/nVision的介绍。
